The Plains Community Library is a welcoming community space for residents of all ages. It serves as a place to gather, learn, and connect while offering programs and activities designed for everyone in the community.
The library actively participates in the Summer Reading Program, encouraging readers of all ages to stay engaged with literacy and learning during the summer months. Additional programs include an Adult Book Club, sewing workshops, seasonal events such as the popular “Build a Stuffie” activity held each December, along with many other educational and recreational programs and activities across the community throughout the year.
Through its programs, resources, and friendly atmosphere, the Plains Community Library continues to play an important role in supporting education, creativity, and community connections in Plains.
